NPS Medicinewise started building design capabilities through a strategic planning process. An internal team was trained with design methods and tools to engage the rest of the organisation in aligning intents, prioritising initiatives and finalising a strategic plan.
AMP BETT3R: New Banking Product
BETT3R was designed to help people take control of their finances. To track their financial goals, users have three ‘buckets’ into which they put their money: PAY - automatically allocates money to pay bills; SAVE - automatically allocates money to save; SPEND - whatever is left over becomes discretionary spending. BETT3R has been on the market for over a year and uptake has been significant.
ST.GEORGE SENSE: New Banking Product
St George SENSE was designed with two main features: (1) visual representation of all spending in 10 fixed categories and (2) a round-up to the nearest dollar feature directed towards a savings account. SENSE has been on market for over 10 years and only now have competitors introduced similar features like expenditure comparison and rounding feature.
