Innes has extensive experience in creating customer experiences and brands with large and complex organisations. His skillset encompasses leading design teams on strategy, experience design and developing innovative product and services. At the heart of his work is deep insight and alignment with the customers’ needs, wants and aspirations.
A former student of Glasgow School of Art and London’s Royal College of Art, Innes moved to Sydney ten years ago and has worked with multi-award winning design teams at Transport NSW, AMP and Westpac.
