Stephanie is a human-centred designer with over 20 years experience in creative problem solving. She has delivered design solutions in diverse areas across the financial services, entertainment, banking, insurance, and non for profit industries. Working in diverse areas has afforded her great insight into different systems and ways of working, and she has won several local and international awards for her creativity.
Her design practice is driven by a passion for drawing out the emotional story of products and services, to truly tap into customer needs and create effective solutions.
Recently, she has led insurance product and service research and innovation initiatives in the award-winning AMP Design Innovation team, and collaborated in cross-disciplinary teams, designing tools to elicit and prioritise the customer voice in process-driven systems.
