WAVE Assess is a tool to help you understand the state of innovation in your organisation, and improve it.

  • WAVE Assess is a self-assessment tool for leaders. It has been designed to help you understand the state of innovation in your organisation and identify where and how you can grow your innovation capabilities.

  • The tool contains 40 multiple-choice questions and takes around 10 minutes to complete. The assessment considers key drivers of innovation: activating innovation, enabling innovation and, making market impact.

  • Anyone can complete the assessment. However, it has been designed for leaders focussed on the growth of their organisation: business owners, c-suite executives, heads of departments or teams that focus on growth. Passionate individuals who would like to better understand the state of innovation in their workplace, and how to improve it, would also gain insight from the assessment.

  • To be innovative, businesses need to have the right capabilities in place. We consider three key capabilities: infrastructure, leadership, and culture which are explored through the assessment.

  • You will receive a short report with a high-level overview of how well your organisation is engaged in innovation, what this means for your organisation, and actionable next steps to consider.
