Dr Munib Karavdic, CEO and founder of WAVE Design, is globally recognised as an expert in innovation and design, and a multi-award-winning leader in his field. He works with leaders and organisations to innovate and drive change with confidence and clarity, from strategy through to implementation.
He has pioneered a unique approach that blends, innovation techniques with human-centred design and strategy, to drive organisational growth, while building innovation capability.
As a Conjoint Professor in Design and Innovation at AGSM/UNSW, he contributes to research and supports MBA students by sharing practical insights drawn from his industry experience.
Munib is also an internationally acclaimed speaker on innovation and design, having delivered keynote addresses at industry conferences and forums across Australia and around the world.
