A training program equipping teams to foster and sustain innovation

The Opportunity Accelerator program has been developed as a hands-on way to uplift your organisational culture. You’ll Learn by Doing in a group of up to 20 participants — rolling up your sleeves and solving a real problem faced by your organisation. You’ll shape a growth mindset and develop practical skills, including gathering insights from people who experience the problem and pitching solutions to the company decision makers.

1. Setting the challenge and framing

The cohort works to identify real business challenges to which they can apply human-centred design mindsets and techniques. Their first task: framing the problem, so we know it’s the right one from the start.

2. Discover rich insights

By working alongside professional researchers, you’ll discover how they gain deep insight from laser-focused research. Applying this rigour, your cohort will establish a clear, in-depth understanding of the problem and how human needs and behaviour influence it.

3. Create concepts

Leveraging the research, you’ll address the challenge in a structured way that expands into possibilities before converging on the most impactful solution.

4. Deliver your pitch

Your solution needs support from the executive. You’ll be coached to present your proposed solution, showing how you’ve proven the problem and validated your hypotheses at every step before asking for funding.

Her start in communications and brand strategy - constantly asking how we make people listen, engage, and act - in combination with knowing how to bring out other people’s love of learning make her make her an ideal Opportunity Accelerator lead.

India makes each program a safe place for the curious, even as they’re stretched and challenged so the lessons stay with them. Her goal is to make sure everyone sees how theory is applied in a real-world context so they can impactfully apply their learnings in the day to day.
